Hi! I'm Erin.
I am a lover of all things food. I love cooking, baking, entertaining, and throwing parties! I studied food science in college and worked for a number of years developing recipes. There is nothing I enjoy more than cooking for the people I love. As the only person in my family and circle of friends who can't eat gluten, my goal is to make gluten-free food I can eat, but all my loved ones will still enjoy! Not just pretty good "for
gluten-free". But delicious in it's own right.
I love fresh, seasonal, and local food. I enjoy both healthy dinners and indulgent comfort foods. I hope to share some of my favorite recipes with you!
My husband and 1-year-old son are my dutiful taste testers and dish doers.
